when a player swings at a pitched ball); a second 3rd strike foul ball is considered an out. Each batter is

allowed only 5 pitches. The ball is considered dead when in possession of the pitcher, or player within the

receive on the first incidence a warning. The second incidence by any batter will

be an out, and the ball is dead with no runners advancing.

On a hit ball that is in fair territory, runners cannot advance once the ball is thrown back to the

pitching circle.
