2017 Golden Team Awards (Bucks County Courier Times)
The BCCT Field Hockey Golden Team Awards include:
First Team: Kate Chesney and Nell Webber
Second Team: Samie Hackman and Olivia Mauro
Honorable Mention: Gianna Pinto
All 2017 Seniors Receive All State Academic Award by the PHSFHCA
All 12 PHS Seniors received the Pennsylvania High School Field Hockey Coaches Association (PHSFHCA) All-State Academic Award. Ten SOL schools earned the PHSFHCA Team GPA award for earning a minimum cumulative team GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or 92 percent on a percent scale with Pennsbury leading the pack!
Those team were Abington – 3.902, Central Bucks East 3.7, Central Bucks South 3.9, Council Rock South 3.42, Neshaminy 3.64, North Penn 3.52, Pennsbury 4.33, Plymouth Whitemarsh 3.67, Springfield 3.8 and Upper Dublin 3.904.
Congrats to: Beverly Bozarth, Kate Chesney, Michelle Deodati, Madison Hackman, Oliva Mauro, Lily Nolan, Amy Ronin, Halle Szumigala, Alexa Tannenbaum, and Nell Webber.

Amelia Sharp receives the 2017 Harriet L. Reynolds Sports Award
Our 2017 Senior, Amelia Sharp, received the Harriet L. Reynolds Award at the Pennsbury H.S. Senior Athletic Awards Reception on June 8, 2017.
This memorial award is presented to a senior female athlete who has participated in either field hockey, basketball or softball. The recipient recognizes the importance of team play, exhibits traits of good sportsmanship and how the game is played, and always strives to improve herself both academically and athletically.

Congratulations to FIVE Pennsbury FH Varsity Seniors who were named to PIAA All-Academic State Teams:
Missy Frankil, Kaitlyn Faulcon, Marguerite Salamone, Worada Sanghanphet, and Caroline Siekeirka
109 Philadelphia-area players — from a pool of more than 2,000 — who play for PIAA AA and AAA schools were named to the PIAA All-Academic State Teams. 2014 National Field Hockey Festival: 6 Pennsbury Players win big!
Congratulations to Amelia Sharp and her Mystx travel team, Mystx U16 Force, for winning the Gold Medal the 2014 National Field Hockey Festival in Palm Springs. And, congrats to Lizzie Sharp and Marguerite Salamone on their 3rd place finish with the Mystx U19 Sting.
Shout out to 3 Pennsbury middle school players — Keira Korzeb (Boehm), Maya Geller (Pennwood) and Anna Sharp (Boehm)— for bringing home the U14 Gold medal.
