First day of practice is August 11th at 5:00

Attire should be shorts, cleats, & your practice shirt.

If you do not have a practice shirt you should go to Rockland Athletics and order it before August 1.
 
Other mandatory items you will be required to provide are the padded football girdle and a mouthpiece.  These will not be provided by RYF and may be purchased at Rockland Athletics or any sport equipment store.

 
Practices are Monday through Friday from 5:00-6:45. Please do not leave a younger child at practice by himself.  It is important someone is always at the field at 6:30 to pick up your child.
