From October thru February Warrior Baseball participates in a pre-season strength and conditioning program. We encourage ALL athletes interested in being part of the program to particpate in the workouts. Those student-athletes playing a fall and/or winter sport are expected to be working out with those teams. Workouts take place (typically) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons beginning at 3:00 pm. Everyone will meet in the gym for warm-up and dynamic strenthing and agility work. We will then proceed to the Weight Room for strength training. We will finish up with conditioning work. Location depends upon availability. If you want to be a part of Warrior Baseball, are you willing to pay the price?
Strength training continues throughout the spring season but on an abbreviated schedule and program.
