Wayne LeMay had volunteered his personal time to the SLELL league with the hopes of improving it for all our young players going forward. Although we continue to miss Wayne, we know he would be very proud about how far along the SLELL has come. In memory of our friend, the board of the SLELL has decided that a special award be given to a player, coach or volunteer that has selflessly given of their time and energy to the league. 2006 will mark the first year that this award will be presented in memory of our friend Wayne LeMay
