SLK Kickball League is ready for you!!

***NOTE IN OUR RULES OUR DISCIPLINARY INSERTS FOR COACHES, MANAGERS AND PLAYERS ABOUT CONSEQUENCES / SUSPENSIONS

All coaches are ASKED to participate in Several SLK ACTIVITIES

****Coaches Orientation/Certification Breakfast (date to be determined). Orientation/Certification will consist of:

·    Coaches Meet and greet …...and breakdown of SLK RULES and SPORTSMANSHIP EXPECTATIONS

·       review of the SLK rules/  question and answer session with game officials.

·       Breakfast will be provided.  

$25 Coach Fee (only those who has never been certified)

All other Certified coaches  MUST ATTEND as well

COACHES REGISTRATION 

$45.00 includes Jersey and Socks

$35.00 Jersey ONLY…..NO SOCKS CAN BE ORDERED LATER

$10.00 if you ALREADY HAVE a SLK JERSEY BUT NEED SOCKS

Coaches must meet all the requirements listed above to participate with the SLK League.

MANAGERS / Board Members REGISTRATION

$80 (Must Pay INFULL) if you have a SLK Jersey from last Season

$110 (50%Deposit required) if a SLK jersey needs to be ordered

Managers/Asst. Managers /Coaches

All players are required to pay a deposit of 50% BY FEB 15TH to order jerseys...AND  PAY BALANCE BY MARCH 15TH 

COACHES  MUST PAY INFULL no later than February 15, 2017.

ALL PLAYERS Balances must be paid IN FULL by MARCH 15, 2017 to guarantee their jersey will be available before game day…IT TAKES 6-7 WEEKS TO COME BACK

SLK cannot guarantee receipt of your jersey by game day if PAYMENT is paid after 02/15/2016. PLEASE OVERIDE YOUR MANAGER AND INFORM YOUR TEAM SO THAT THERE WONT BE AN "ILLEGAL UNPAID PLAYER" ON YOUR TEAM THAT MIGHT RESULT IN A FORFIETED GAME FOR YOU
