-
Conceptual approach to teaching both offense and defense
-
Communication and Organization: We will ask our players to learn how to communicate with coaches and with one another. In return, we will be sure to communicate with players and parents in a timely manner regarding all matters.
-
Playing Time: We will certainly do our best to give each player a lot of playing time, but cannot guarantee equal playing time for all players.
-
Well Designed Practice Plans: Coaches will develop practice plans based on improving skills, teaching offensive and defensive concepts, and teaching players the importance of the intangibles learned through sports (character, work ethic, attitude, discipline, team player, accountability)
