BLUFF CONFERENCE

The Bluff Conference heads into the final week of the regular season with the top 3 seeds on the line. POBL (8-4) has been at the top of the conference all season and a loss last week puts them in jeopardy of losing out on the #1 seed. The Devils (8-4) and Crusens (8-4) both needed wins last week to keep pace with POBL and they did just that. Crusens has won 7 straight after going 1-4 to open the season. The Devils are on a 2 game winning streak. The 3 teams will play the final 3 games this week with the #1 seed on the line.

All three teams are playing teams at the bottom of the league standings. POBL will play a Team ACH (2-10) team that forfeited their previous matchup. ACH has had roster issues all season and should be an easy win for POBL, if they even show up. Assuming POBL wins, Crusens will need to win at 12:15 to force a tie-break situation. They face off against a Ballaholics (2-10) team that is coming off their best game of the season last week against POBL. They have the size to matchup with Crusens (8-4) and this figures to be the game of the week. The final matchup of the regular season could very well be the deciding game for the Bluff Conference. The Devils (8-4) play the Dragons (3-9) at 1:30. If POBL and Crusens both lose their games prior then the Devils will be playing for sole possession of the #1 seed in the Bluff Conference.

The Wild Card game for the Bluff Conference has been set for a couple weeks as the Crusders (3-9) and Team ACH (2-10) have had a hard time finding wins this season. 

RIVER CONFERENCE

The River Conference playoff matchups are set with one final week of games. The Tropics (10-2) lost last week leaving the door slightly open for the Eagles (8-4) to challenge for the #1 seed but they lost as well. The Tropics are the #1 seed in the River. The Eagles and the Shredders (8-4) will play in the #2 vs. #3 matchup in Round 1. These two teams met last wee and will meet in the final week of the regular season with the winner getting the higher seed. The final week is a makeup week from Week 7 which was postponed due to weather earlier in the season. Unfortunately this means these 2 teams will play 3 consecutive weeks to finish the season.

The Wild Card game in the conference has been set for a couple weeks as the Dragons (3-9) and the Ballaholics (2-10) have struggled to find wins early in the season. The Ballaholics brought energy to the gym last week in their win over a POBL (8-4) team that needed a win to remain at the top of the Bluff Conference. If they play like they played last week this could be the Cinderella team of the bracket. 

***Tie breaker will first be the season head-to-head W/L between the teams. If the head-to-head is split then it will be determined by total point differential for the season.
