CFL USA Elite Scout Teams has established a  " NO REFUND POLICY" as of May, 1st 2014

This is a legal and binding contract between CFL USA Elite Scout Teams and Parents upon registering a Player and paying for an event.

Players will be evaluated the day before an event to determine primary position and secondary utility position. Please note that playing time is a decision made by USA Elite Scout Team coaching staff. Every player on this team has a role, game production equals more playing time and future opportunity.

This No Refund Policy is set in place to deter parents and or players from changing their minds after committing to play with our team in one of our events after paying. However, if a player is injured before an event that they have paid for, we will definitely issue a credit to play in a future event.
