To help keep our players safe we require ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS to obtain a NC DMV ID card or a valid military ID.
IDs are required during weigh-ins at all games, home & away. They are not needed during practices.
No player will be able to play in games without an ID card listed above. Other forms of ID will not be accepted.
To obtain a NC DMV ID card, you can set up an appointment or stop by one of the below locations.

Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
Original Social Security Card
Report Card or Bank Statement with child's name and address (if you can't supply 1 of these 2 items, DMV will charge an additional $2 & let you sign affidavit for address)

About 2 weeks
*Parents don’t have to be present, players can go with any adult to DMV with required documentation to obtain ID
