2023 Fall Cheer

This season we are pleased to offer two tiers of Cheerleading: Sideline Cheer and Competition Cheer.

Sideline Cheer: $40 with uniform | $120 without uniform

Sideline Cheer will practice twice a week, cheer weekly at Saturday football games and participate in EYFC events such as Youth Night, Spirit Night and others throughout the season.

Competition Cheer: $150 with uniform  | $230 without uniform

Competition Cheer will participate in Sideline Cheer and requires an additional mandatory practice once a week in order to prepare for the CTYFL Cheer Competition held at the end of the season. A strict attendance policy will be enforced for competition practices. This is to ensure the safety of all athletes and the integrity of the competition routine which will include: tumbling, stunts, chants, dance and jumps. Each athlete is needed on time at every practice in order for us to practice stunts and routines.

Experience is not required for Sideline or Competition Cheer; however, Competition Cheer will require more commitment in order for our athletes to succeed at the competitive level. Our goal is to give every athlete the foundations of cheer and confidence to participate in Sideline Cheer or compete at all levels of our Competition Cheer.

Age Standards

To ensure a safe and positive environment, each cheerleader is placed in a division based on age. Our programs do not cut anyone from our sideline squads. We are anticipating having a competition squad. Tryouts will be announced once we get through the current pandemic. 

All students within our district, students from other public or private schools and home-schooled students are invited to join the Wildcats Cheerleading squad.

This league was established to equip football players and cheerleaders with the skills, physical conditioning and mental attitude necessary for the pursuance of the sport at the middle and high school level.
