Fees 2017/2018

         Fees are payable to OMYA at the time of registration.  Payment can be made online or on-site to an approved Board Director.

LEAGUE:   5-7 years old CLINIC team Registration fee:  $100

LEAGUE:  8U and up -Registration fee:  $150
LEAGUE:  Travel Team Player Registration fee:  $150 PLUS Tournament Costs: TBD

·         Only players who have paid their registration fees in full will be eligible to participate in League activities.      

·         Players who register but do not pay their fees prior to season start may not be permitted to participate in practices

·         Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

Injury or sickness that occurs before the season starts and will keep player from participating for most or all of the season (defined as more then 5 season games).

A player moves out of the area within one week of season start.

Consideration will be given for other extenuating circumstances, however, they will be reviewed on an individual basis and determination will be made by OMYA Board of Directors.

Refunds will never be issued to any player removed from his/her team due to unsportsmanlike conduct or if terms of Behavior Agreement (outlined in registration) has been broken.

Refunds are never given after teams are formed.
