Joe Glab believes in developing kids to reach their maximum potential by developing skill levels they can use on & off the field to achieve success. He has over 14 years of youth coaching experience Never finishing below 3rd in a league. Joe's track record is proven by providing youth kids road maps to be very successful high school football player & a large number competing in colleges across the country
- As a kid played with the Kingswood Steelers for 5 years winning two League Championships
- Played at Millard South & was a starter on the OL for the State Championship team in 1995, Starter on the OL on State Finalist in 1996
- All-Metro, All-State Class A, and Super State in 1996 while being a team captain in 1996
- In college Joe played at Northwest Missouri State where he was a 4-Year Starter on the OL

5th Grade, Coaching Bio
Bob Harding truly enjoys coaching youth sports. He has coached flag football, majors level baseball and select basketball for the last 7 years in the Millard community. Outside of coaching, Bob enjoys spending time camping with his wife and 3 boys (all of whom play multiple sports within the Patriot Youth Sports feeder programs.) Bob believes in having great families and great kids as part of the feeder programs and that it is important to remember that we are teaching the youth the fundamentals of the games they play in a way that transfers into real life lessons. Ensuring that the youth grow to be successful members of society is very important.

Jake Panowicz
Jake is a certified USA Coach and is also Certified Heads Up Concussion Certified. He is a football fanatic who loves watching film and breaking down each position play by play. He has been coaching football since 2010 and will be Kingwoods 9U Millard South ‘TEAM UNDER ARMOUR” coach. He has been married to his best friend for the last 6 years and is the father of a beautiful 12 year old girl (Skylar) and a great 9 year old son (Kaleb).

Tony Urban
Tony has been involved in youth sports & coaching for 20 years while producing arguably one of the best football players ever to come out of Millard, his own son who attended Millard South. He believes in pushing kids to do their best regardless of their ability level & working to establish a solid foundation each kid can build off

Ben Duncan has a passion for coaching youth sports and has coached competitive softball, baseball, and football here in the Millard community. In what little spare time he has he loves to golf and spend time with his wife and kids
