4 STEPS TO REGISTER - FOR ALL COACHES, ASSISTANTS AND HELPERS

1. Coaches Application
Online application will also be available under "FORMS" menu tab above.

2. Babe Ruth Coaching Certification
Willamette Valley Babe Ruth requires that all coaches obtain their “Babe Ruth Coaching Certification”.
NOTE: This is a onetime course, so Coaches who have already completed this certification do not need to take the course again.
The required certification course for Willamette Valley Babe Ruth is: Coaching Youth Baseball, The Ripken Way.
There is a small course fee.

3. Concussion Training - Online

Questions & Answers for Coaching NE and WVBR
 Coaches Dress Code (Head Coach and All Assistant Coaches)
      On the field or within the dug-out all coaches are to look and appear as part of your North Eugene team by:
          1. Hat: with a NE recognized logo.
          2. Shirt or Jersey: with a NE recognized logo.
          3. Pants or Shorts: should be "athletic style". (OK: baseball pants, sweats or shorts. / No to jeans or dress pants.)
          4. Shoes: "athletic style" closed toed shoes or cleats

NOTE: Should weather require additional layers, please wear a NE logo'ed jacket or sweatshirt to cover your jersey or shirt.

 How do I have information added to this website or MY TEAM PAGE?
      Each NE Team has their own "Team / Rosters" page and you can have as much information on your "Team" page as you would like. (photos, stats, contact info and more)
          1. Manage your own Team page or have one of your assistant coaches or a parent from your team manage it for you.
           Let us know and we will give you access to the site with your own log in and password.
          2. Contact a NE board member to receive the contact information of the person updating the site and contact them to help you update your Team page.

 What is the minimum information I should have on my Team page?
          1. All coaches names and contact information.
              This helps parents contact you.
          2. Team Parent name and contact information.
              Your Team Parent should be your parents first contact with questions, followed by contacting you if needed.

      EXTRA:
          3. Players Names.
              Players and even parents like to see their name on the website and associated with the team.
              NOTE: If a parent does not want their ball player’s name on the website please let us know and we will remove them from your Team page. Or, we can use first names or last name only if that is a better option.

      This is “your” Team Page so let’s make it the way you want it to be!
