Rocket Cheerleading Uniforms

What is the CSRC uniform?  It consists of a shell (sleeveless top), skirt, lolli (panties under skirt), long sleeve bodysuit, socks, bow and a wind suit (pants & jacket).  The wind suit jacket will have the CSRC logo embroidered on the chest. Also required are plain white gym shoes which can be purchased at any store.  Please have your cheerleader wear her clean white shoes only for cheer, so that they remain looking clean. Also, those few cheerleaders who are to be "flyers" for stunting, will be asked to purchase special "flyer shoes".  Flyers are those girls that go up in the air.   These shoes are reasonably priced, around $25 a pair, and can be found at most sporting goods stores and Payless Shoes.  These special shoes will enable the bases, who are holding the flyer in the air, to keep a safe, steady hold. Shoes with too much traction/cleat will hurt the bases hands and not allow the base to have a proper grip.  


You may also have the opportunity to purchase used/outgrown uniforms from other parents.  The frist and best place to look is our Facebook page Cedar Springs Rocket Cheer.  Parents, please feel free to post for sale items here.  Generally speaking, used uniforms are sold for half price but the price for items is up to the seller and buyer.  We are no longer hosting a used uniform sale but feel free to bring your used uniform to sell after our August camp.  We will conduct our las fitting and it would be a great opportunity for you to sell your used goods.
