Coaches Clearances
Subscribe to our NewsletterAll new coaches to CVYB must turn in clearances for the new baseball season. A clearance card will be issued and must be worn on field. Both criminal record and child abuse clearances are now free using the links below. We recommend saving a PDF version of each file for your convenience. Anyone interested in coaching for the upcoming season will need to have a current copy of both of these clearances unless CVYB has documents for the clearances from the past two years.

The link below will give you more information about the fingerprint process if you are interested. Once you have those done, you are good forever.
Below is the affidavit that can be signed and notarized in lieu of fingerprints IF you have lived in the state of Pennsylvania for the past 10 years. We are working to get a notary for volunteers if you need one. More information to come.
Pennsylvania Residency Affidavit
Criminal background and child abuse clearances are required. FBI Fingerprints/PA Affidavit will be required under certain circumstances. Once you turn the clearances in, you will be covered for 60 months from the clearance issue date before a renewal is required according to the state of Pennsylvania.
