General Purpose:
The Delaware Valley Youth Soccer Club, Inc. is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and applicable Treasury Regulations thereunder.

Charitable Purpose:
More specifically, the purpose for which this corporation is formed is to:

• promote the sport of soccer in Alexandria and Holland Townships and surrounding communities.
• provide recreational and/or travel teams for players of all skill levels ranging in age from four (4) through (18) as long as there is a sufficient amount of players to form a team.
• maintain a safe and positive environment for all participants
• encourage the players to always play at the best of their ability.
• instill good sportsmanship among the players, parents, and coaches by emphasizing the principles of honesty, discipline, and fair play.
• ensure that the players and coaches representing our program abide by the rules of the game as set forth by the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the international governing body of soccer.
• organize additional activities and/or events that will benefit players, parents, and coaches.
