CONCUSSION TRAINING:

Ohio's return-to-play law went into effect April 26th, 2013.

Coaches must complete a free online course on Concussion in Youth Sports.

Coaches can review the Ohio Dept. of Health link and must complete the training. This is the State Law:

         1) Launch the Training Course

         2) Take Course (about 30 minutes long).

         3) Print 2 Certificates! (1 for GGSA & 1 for your own personal records)

         4) Give Certificate to GGSA President.

 At the end of this course you will be able to print a clipboard version of signs & symptoms of a concussion along with other valuable information. This form & the Fact Sheet for Parents can also be found in the main menu Handouts section on this website.

Background Check:

Head coaches will be asked to have a background check done before your first practice.  Call Chad for more information and questions.

2019 GGSA Coach/Assistant Coach Information Form & Contract:

Head and Assistant coaches must fill out this contract for the 2019 season and return to the GGSA President.
