HIDDEN GEMS BASKETBALL

Our goal is to assist in the improvement of every aspect of the athlete's game through varied drills and methods. Individual work in the areas of cardiovascular work, fast-twitch muscle fiber increasing plyometric work, varied levels and types of ball handling work, and shooting drills of all shapes and sizes. Extra training focused toward the athlete's weakest areas of play provided as well all at one minimal rate. Obvious gains in conditioning ,overall skill set improvement,increased vertical jumping ability, and more within a fairly short amount of time with the proper work ethic. Hidden Gems Personal Training is only $10.00-20.00 per session over the $30-$80 usually commanded by others in the business. Payments can be made to the Hidden Gems P.O.
