CONCESSION STAND VOLUNTEER INFORMATION:

Welcome to the 2024 Football Season. We appreciate your willingness to volunteer in the Concession Stand.  Your commitment to your player and this football team is commendable.  Please take a few moments to review the expectations listed below:

Hours:

Volunteer hours will be distributed as follows (and per the by-laws):

-15 points per hour worked (Bring extra people with you to earn points FASTER!) PLEASE REMEMBER: VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

-Volunteers MUST sign in and out every shift in order to document and earn hours.  If volunteers fail to sign in and sign out they will not earn points for the hours worked.  QR Code will be located inside the concession stand during each home game (Fridays and Saturdays).  Volunteers must list which player they wants the points to go to.

-Each Freshman and Sophomore player's parent/representative, is required to work at least 2 games of Varsity game concessions. Each Junior and Senior player's parent/representative, is required to work at least 1 game of Junior Varsity game concessions. 

-If a volunteer wishes to donate an item to sell, like TACO MEAT or HALUSKI, the volunteer will earn 1 extra hour=15 points.

-At the end of the season the names of EVERYONE who volunteered to work Varsity / Junior Varsity concession will be placed into a drawing, every shift you volunteer to work is 1 entry, 3 winners pulled and they receive free dinner for the banquet

-The concession stand will open at 5:00 p.m. on Friday nights and at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays to prepare the food.

-We need volunteers to help serve the food to our customers throughout the games.  It is also critical that we have enough volunteers on big game days - like Homecoming and Senior Night.
