About Us:
P.T.H.S. GRAND SLAM CLUB
Pequannock Township High School (PTHS) Grand Slam Club is a non-profit organization that raises money to improve and ensure the Future of the Pequannock Township High School baseball program. For those new to the PTHS baseball program, very minimal funds are provided by the Pequannock Township Board Of Education toward improvement of the baseball program.
To join the club, make donations, or to attend the meetings contact the club president. Club officer contact information is available on our homepage. The club holds meetings commencing in Dec/Jan each year through the following June, we hold fund raising activities and discuss what needs to be done to improve the field condition and baseball equipment and overall quality of the baseball programs future. The club also sponsors - $500 Scholarship for each *qualifying" Senior Baseball Player and organizes the annual June baseball dinner.
Throughout the years, numerous volunteer hours are spent by dedicated Player Parents, some of which do not even have High School Student Athletes at this time, looking toward the future of the program and organization. Many items needed by the baseball program take several years for the club to raise the funds for. Many improvements are not even seen by the current High School players but through the dedication of our parents and the Pequannock community we are able to help the next generation of players succeed.
