Pick-up Waiver and Game Sheets at the check-in tent at least 1 - 1.5 hours before your game. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ON ROSTER PRIOR TO FIRST GAME!
All players must wear a tournament issued wristband during all games.
If player needs a new wristband, they can bring their ID/ License to score tent. Once we verify they are on the roster, a new wristband will be given to the player.

Information, Guidelines and Rules
Classification and Age Divisions
Dallas East Soccer Tournaments for Boys and Girls and Adults Age Groups will be formed in Under S, Under 6, Under 7/8, Under 10, Under12, Under 14, Under 16, Under 19, and Adult only. Age groups may be combined if not enough team's register for a specific age group at thediscretion of the Tournament Director.
Team Registration:
All teams must register at the HEADQUARTERS TENT. All approved paper work including waiver per team must be received by the TournamentStaff before any team will be allowed to begin play.
Check in Paperwork:
1- Roster/Waiver Properly Signed by The Coach/Team Manager - Every player (first and last name) have to be on the roster before kickoff of the first game. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2.- Balances Due- All tournament fees must be paid to receive wristbands and game sheets.
3- Wristbands- Coach/ Team Manager will receive one (1) wristband per player on the based on the roster turned in.
4- Game Sheets- Every team will receive 3 games sheets. The referee will put score and sign. IT IS THE COACH'S JOB TO TURN IN EACH GAME SHEET TO RECEIVE POINTS TO CHECK-IN TENT.
Game Information:
Games will be played beginning Saturday and Sunday
Under 5 Thru Adults teams will play three preliminary games on Saturday and/or Sunday. Quarterfinlas, Semi-finals and Championship games will be played on Sunday. Under 5 - Adults teams will be seeded within each age group with brackets and playoffs structured to optimize the probability of the best two teams reaching the Championship Game.
Team Standings and Tie Breakers (U5 - Adults):
Team standings will be based on the following point system: Win 3 points
Tie 1 point
Loss 0 points,
Forfeit Will be scored as a 3-0 win
Note: If, in the first round the predetermined pairings result in two opponents from the same bracket, realignment of the pairings may be made by the Tournament Director.
Mandatory Playing time for all Recreational Players:
Per US Club Soccer and Dallas East Soccer rules, ALL PLAYERS must be allowed to play a minimum of fifty percent (5O%) of each HALF. Any coach or team representative found in violation of this rule will be reported to their Home Association as well as possible tournament sanction.

Note: Preliminary Games may end in a tie. Quarter-final Semi &Championships
-final games that end in a tie will go directly to FIFA "kicks from the mark" to determine a winner.
Player Substitution:
Players may be substituted with the consent of the field referee at the following times: Under 5- Adults:
* At the referees discretion during a stoppage of play
Reporting of Scores:
The referees and teams (both coaches report score) will report all scores to the Tournament Officials. It is the responsibility of each individual coach to verify the posted scores prior to the start of the team's next game, and contact the TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR if there is a problem. A stamped "approved" Misco1uluct Report & Game Roster for Referees fonn must be given to the referee before each game. Coaches/Managers are required to tum in their score cards after each gameat the headquarters tent. If cards were given, then the referee will tum the misconduct report/game roster form into the Headquarters tent. This form will be used to gather information on cards and scores.
Team Discipline:
Ejection for fighting will automatically result in the player(s) not being allowed to participate in the remainder of the Tournament. Should a player receive a straight red card, that player shall be required to sit out the remaining of that game and the following game. Any player receiving a red card due to two yellowcards in the same game, they will be required to sit-out the remainder of that game, but are not required to sit out the following game. The team coach is responsiblefor the conduct of his/her players and parent/spectators. Any coach removing his/her team from the field during a game will receive a red card and the team will forfeit the game
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A TOURNAMENT ISSUED WRISTBAN ON BEFORE THE START OF EACH GAME AND MUST STAY ON DURING EVERY GAME. TEAMS/ PLAYERS WITH NO WRISTBANDS WILL FORFEIT THE GAME.
(If a player needs to replace their wristband, they have to come to score tent with a form of picture ID. After verifying the player is on the team roster, a wristband will then be given. )
Playing Conditions:
the Under 5 through Adult teams (Official coach, assistant coach, manager and all players) will occupy the opposite side In case ofuniform conflict, home team is responsible for changing to an alternate color. Each team should be prepared to present a game ball to the referee if requested. COACH PLASE MAKE SURE TO PICK UP YOU TRASH ON YOU SIDE LINE
Each team must be ready to play within (10) minutes after the scheduled time .Team needs to have the minimum of players to start or to win by forfeit. In the case of inclement weather, the Tournament Director will determine if the game(s) will be played. Once a game has started the decision rests with the referee. Games shall beconsidered complete if one half of the game has been completed. The score at the stoppage of play will be the final score. The coach is responsible for checking with the Tournament Director to determine if play is temporarily postponed or cancelled. The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the tournament structure in the event of inclement weather.
Protests and Matters not provided for:
Protests & Appeals will be allowed only if the rules of the game have been misapplied by the referee or if a team uses an ineligible player. The offended team must file a protest in writing within one hour of the completion of the game or when the incident occured and submit it along with
$ l00 cash to the Tournament Director. If the protest is upheld, the fee will be returned and corrective action will be taken as deemed necessary by the Tournament Director. Ifthe protest is denied, the cash fee is forfeited to DESA. The Tournament Director will be the final authority on all matters not covered in these rules.
TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY
Any team that cancels or withdraws after the Application Deadline will not receive a refund. If inclement weather cancels the Tournament prior to the first scheduled game, you will receive a 100 % refund. If rainout occurs after scheduled games have started, no refunds will be issued. (At Tournament Director Discretion)
