Astrid Hodgson was the co-founder of Beaverton Youth Lacrosse (BY) in 2002, and brought youth lacrosse in the Beaverton School District schools and in the Tualatin Hills Parks & Recreation District areas. She has over 9 years of extensive experience in running the daily operations of the BYL League. BYL has recently gone through a re-organization in 2010.
