Admission / Cancellation Policy

If the event is postponed, paying customers are guaranteed free admission to the rescheduled date. If the event is canceled no admission will be taken. 

Event cancellation
If the entire event is canceled and not rescheduled, we will ship all programs and apparel to customers who pre-purchased. If the event is canceled prior to programs and apparel being printed, customers will be refunded.

Event apparel sales

All sales are final. In the event of an order being incorrect, we will correct the order and ship it to the customer free of charge.

Personal Program Pages

In the event of a mistake, misspelled name or incorrect ad in a personal program page, the Roundball Classic will make every attempt to correct the error. If the programs have been printed, the Roundball Classic will refund the full amount of the ad to the customer. If the event is canceled, we will ship the number of purchased programs to the customer.
