Wondering how you can help?

Fill out the volunteer form and submit upstairs during any registration or conditioning camp.  We can't do it without you!

We use SignUp Genius for ALL our "Game Day" volunteer activities.  The system is easy to access and use.  Click on the icon below, then "Find a Sign Up" and enter "bellalee07@gmail.com" under email; sign up!  If you have any questions, please contact your "Team Parent."  Reminder - We are a 100% volunteer organization and our Parent Code of Conduct and Participant Agreement REQUIRE all parents to volunteer throughout the season.

Volunteers for chains can sign up during their child's game. Team shift times for concession, ticket booth, and spirit shop are:

Kings: 9-11

Danes: 11-1

Lancers: 1-3

Knights: 3-5

Warriors: 5-7

Crusaders: 7-9

VHS Volunteers

High school students may volunteer for any non-profit organization and earn high school credit.  75 hours will earn them .5 credit, and 150 hours will earn them 1.0 credit.  The maximum credit they may earn is 1.0 credit.  Students must register with their high school through the school district's website before they start to volunteer to get approval for their planned community service.  The website where students register is:http://sarasotacountyschools.net/departments/pupilsupportservices/default.aspx?id=41345).  The Rotary Futures College Resource Center handles this process for VHS students. Once students are approved, we give them log sheets to record their volunteer hours.  The students must get a signature on their log sheets verifying that they volunteered.  Also, they MUST list each day they volunteered and the number of hours each day.
If you haven't registered for any volunteer hours, you will need to create a new account. If you have an existing account, you will have to sign in and add VENICE VIKINGS to your list and they will approve it.
