FLAG - Coach Malcolm Gaddy
Mr. Malcolm Gaddy was born and raised in Richmond, VA (East End), I started my football career at a very young age. I played in the City of Richmond youth organizations then moved on to play at Moody Middle and Henrico High School were I played the position of Running Back and Defensive Back. I also ran track as well. I further my education and football career at Elizabeth City State University and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Technology. While there I played Defensive Back and Linebacker. I'm entering my 2nd year as Head Coach and 3rd year with the Glen Lea organization. I'm looking forward to working with the youth to make them better players and better young men.

8U - Coach Jonathan "Jay Mass" Massenburg
Coach Jay has been a METRO coach for 6 years, and around football his entire life. He is an advocate for children and he believes football is a great tool to impact, enlighten, and encourage positive behavior not only on the field but in life and the classroom.
9U - Coach Reggie Stroble
Coach Reggie is ready to begin his third year as a Head Coach in MYFL this season. In his first two years as a Head Coach, his regular season record was 15-1 and he made two consecutive MYFL championship appearances. Coach Reggie instills discipline & life lessons to the players, while also exposing them to activities outside of football such as team bonding activities and local college visit. Coach is a proud graduate of J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Virginia State University, & Virginia Tech. Coach Reggie & his experienced staff are excited about the opportunity to work with a new group of players at Glen Lea and have embraced the challenge. 12U - Coach Rodney Leeper, Sr.
Rodney Leeper Sr. A Varina High graduate and attended VA. State University 1988-1990. In his 21 season of coaching in Metro. 13 years at Varina Rec and currently 8th year at Glen Lea. I've been fortunate enough to be a part of leading numerous young men in our community and help turning them into champions, not only on the field but in LIFE in general.
