How do I withdraw from, or pay for, an event?
- Make sure you are logged into your account
- Choose the team you want to manage
- On that team page, click on team summary
- Under team summary, click on the event you want to withdraw from or pay for
- You will see the option to pay or withdraw
- You can also pay for events at the time you register for that event.

How do I make a schedule request?
- Make sure you are logged into your account
- Choose the team you want to manage
- On that team page, click on team summary
- Under team summary, click on the event you want to make a request for
- If using a desktop/laptop, there will be a schedule request tab to click on.
- If using a smart phone, once on the event page, click on the bottom right icon on your phone screen.
- You can also make request at the time you register for the event.

How do I navigate the website using my cell phone?
When should I have my schedule request in? Schedule request should always be in by 7:00 on Monday's before the event.
How do I know what all parks are being used for an event? You can click on locations on the event page to see what parks are being used for an event. However, sometimes parks are added even the week of an event. You can alwasy email info@grandslamms if you need to know before schedule is released.
Why does my bracket have a consolation game? And what does my team get if we win the consolation bracket? There could be multiple reasons a bracket has consolation games.
- Field Space
- Large number of teams in a division
- Arm Care - If a division is large, we want to avoid too many games in one weekend.
- Adjustment due to weather
- Other
- Awards are not given for consolation winners. 3rd placw winners do not receive awards so it wouldn't be right to give awards to lower seeded teams. The consolation is just an extra bracket to insure your team plays more than 2 games, not an award bracket.
The tournament says it starts on Friday night, will my team be requried to play on Friday?
- For events in North MS that are Friday & Saturday only, yes, your team could be required to play on Friday.
- For events in Central MS - Teams outside of Rankin, Madison, and Hinds county will never be required to play on Friday. Teams inside that 3 county area will always be asked if they can unless otherwise noted in the event info.
- All teams are requried to play on Friday for the Grand Slam MS State Tournament
Who do I contact if I need someone during an event?
- Each location will have field directors and site directors. The contact information for the Site Director for an event will always be posted on the event info page and sent in an email before the event.
- Or, you can click on "Contact Icon" in the event page.
- You can also text our Game Day Text Line at 601-732-5040 and they will get the message delivered to the appropriate person.
