VIKING TRAINING

Proper training is an important facet in the life of an athlete. You need someone who is educated in the human body and can fit a program to meet the unique needs that they have. To fulfill these needs, the Vikings utilize “The Performance Edge” professional training for strength and conditioning. Here your student-athlete will employ tried and tested training methods which produce the consistent results you expect. Your athlete will be pushed to greater gains in stamina, agility, strength and overall core development. The Performance Edge has trained recent McDonalds All-Americans and D1 players and is committed to providing the same service to your athlete. The Vikings utilize “The Performance Edge” alternating Tuesday evenings. This training is included as part of your Viking experience.

Additionally, we host a free skills and conditioning clinic on non-tournament Sundays.We use a variety of local high school Varsity coaches to provide a myriad of conditioning and basketball skills training which will challenge your athlete to improve their fundamental skill sets. Make no mistake, you will be pushed to grow and develop. Again, this is included as a part of your Viking experience.
