Taking home some hardware! 4th Place finish at NSA State!
SHOCK 18A TAKES 4TH AT VALLEY INVITE
After dropping a couple close games to wrap up Saturday's pool play, the 18A team ended up in the silver bracket. Sunday morning, the young ladies showed up to play. Some stellar defensive plays by along with timely hitting helped the team get into the medal rounds. We also can't think Makayla Miller for coming down and pitching for us. Our pitching staff was depleted with injuries and illness. With Kinzie having to leave a close 2-0 game with a dislocated and fractured finger and Karissa being sick. Thanks to McKenzie for finishing out the day catching 3 games in a row with an injured foot after Danni had to leave with a badly bruised thumb on her catching hand. These girls left everything on the field as they took 4th place.
