All Divisions - Wood bats are allowed.  No weight limitations.  The bat length may not measure longer than 36".

Senior Division - All aluminum bats must meet BBCOR certification and have a -3 weight.  The bat length may not measure longer than 36".

Majors and Prep Divisions - Aluminum or composite bats with a diameter of 2-3/4" or smaller are allowed.  No weight limitations.  The bat length may not measure longer than 36".

Teeball, Instructional 6, Instructional 7, Clinic 8 & Minors Divisions - Aluminum and composite bats with a diameter of 2-1/4" are allowed. (NO "BIG BARREL" BATS).  No weight limitations.  The bat length may not measure longer than 36".

Effective Spring 2013, the Sykesville Baseball Senior Division will be required to use wood bats or BBCOR certified aluminum bats.  To be certified, the bat must have a BBCOR measure of .5 or lower and carry a "BBCOR certified" label.
