Our preference for cancelled/rainout tournaments is that you take a FULL credit towards a future tourney.
Once you decide on a credit, it will always be a future credit and never a refund. (Tax guy rules)
If you decide to take the refund, the policy is below.
100% of all proceeds go to our support organizations and our military charities that support our veterans and military families.
Cancellation Refund Policy

Play no games – Refund Tournament Fee minus $225 admin fee OR FULL Credit for future tourney. Valid 1 Year.

Play 1 game – 50% Refund

Play 2 games – No Refund
Drop Policy
I've seen more and more teams sign up for multiple tournaments for the same weekend and then deciding at the last minute which one to attend. This new drop policy is now in effect.
Teams dropping 60 days or more out from tourney start will receive 100% refund.
Teams dropping with less than 60 days until tourney start will receive full credit for future tourney.
Teams dropping with less that 45 days until tourney start will receive NO refund or credit.
Once your schedule has been been posted, regardless # of days out from tournament, NO Refund. Credit Only unless less than 45 days.
