FAQ’s

1)      The discount structure is 20% off throughout the store. So great discounts on all your baseball/softball needs including, cleats, baseball/softball pants and apparel, batting helmets, bats, gloves, eye black, batting gloves plus anything in the store with exception of a few exclusions like firearms, ammunition and high end golf lines such as Titleist and Ping and new releases such as Curry sneakers, etc. Additional exclusions could apply at store’s discretion.

2)     The 20% is also valid online in the store only that day!! So if we do not have a color, size or specific item in stock please let an associate know and we can order for you with discount and have sent directly to your home or to the store for you to pick up! And returns from online purchases can also be made right at the store! Online orders will only be available for baseball/softball specific items.

3)      If your families forget their flyer no worries just tell the staff at the checkout that you are with the league and they should have a copy there to scan. They can also bring in on their phones, tablets, etc. and the cashiers can type in the barcodes from their phones.

4)      The 20% will be taken off your total purchase after all your items are rung into register.

5)      THE TEAM PACKET COUPONS I PROVIDE YOUR PROGRAM WITH THE VARIOUS 10% OFFERS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH THE 20% OFFERS! You are unable to combine any coupons this day other than bonus point award offers you receive from DSG or Reward Certificates you receive for using your Scorecard.

6)      THE 20% OFFER IS ONLY VALID DURING YOUR EVENT WEEKEND FRIDAY – MONDAY. Before and after these dates our stores WILL NOT accept the 20% offer and you can tell your members they can now use the 10% coupons that have been emailed to your program or I can provide you with a link for your website to those coupons if you wish. Just send me an email and I can get right over to you. PLEASE remove the flyer ASAP from your website and other social media outlets and replace with 10% offers.

7)      Please communicate and league bat rules/regulations to your members. We will be aware of regulations and can fit your players but to remind your members or provide them with information in advance will be a huge help and save your members time and confusion.
