Our vibrant youth football and cheer organization is gearing up for the 2024 season! But before we can hit the field and lift our spirits, we need all clearances to be completed and on file.
🔐 Clearance Deadline: June 12th, 2024
To coach or sponsor, you MUST have your clearances completed by this date. These clearances must be on file with the Board of Directors. It's crucial to note that without these, you will NOT be permitted to coach or sponsor. ⚠️ No Exceptions We cannot stress this enough: there will be absolutely NO exceptions to this rule. This deadline exists to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our wonderful players and cheerleaders, so please respect it.
To avoid any last-minute rush, we strongly recommend obtaining your clearances as soon as possible. Here are the necessary links to get you started:
- Valid Criminal Background Check (valid for 1 year)
- Valid Child Abuse Clearances (must be dated within the past two year)
- Volunteer Affidavit (only needed if you have lived in PA for the past 10 years; must be notarized)
- FBI Fingerprint (only needed if you have not lived in PA for the past 10 years)
