How do we get better?

Off-season winter training:  November through January (12 weeks) at IVL Baseball Academy in Wadsworth, OH

Winter conditioning / Speed and Strength program with a personal trainer

Plans for 2018

Participate in 4-5 tournaments (2 out of town/state) in addition local round robins with quality competition on weekends
