   • Motion to implement 30 pt. differential/running clock for JV & Varsity games. (OHSAA Rule)

     • The "mercy rule" - goes into effect when the point differential reaches 30 points after the first half. After that, the clock will only be stopped during an official’s timeout, a charged timeout, the end of a period or after a score. After the 30-point difference has been met, if the margin drops below 30 points, the clock reverts to regular timing.

     • Vote-

   • Motion to implement cutoff date for 13 year old participants.

     • Any player turning 13 years old prior to the OVYFL Championship is ineligible. (Oct. 30)
