Practice for all Flag football & cheer will be
Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7:30pm
As with all of our travel programs our flag program focuses on SAFETY FIRST.
Please ensure your child has been properly hydrated and comes to practice on time with clothing appropriate for gym class.
There is NO TACKLING at this level of sport
Fundamentals and good sportsmanship is our goal.
Practice and game day uniforms will be handed out once teams have been made.
