Dear Prospective Sponsor,

As members, parents, and coaches of the Ypsilanti Youth Athletic Association (Ypsilanti Huron Braves) we are currently trying to raise funds for a much needed update of our players’ safety equipment for the upcoming 2018 season.  With your sponsorship, we are able to afford the cost of replacing defective and outdated football helmets with newer, updated concussion safety-regulated helmets. We are also in need of purchasing jerseys and socks for our home games for all of our players. The sum total of these expenses would round out to approximately $3000.00. Donations will be tax deductible.

We understand that the local economy is not at its best, however, we would greatly appreciate any help that you are able to provide. We are seeking either monetary support, or donations of retail goods and/or services.

Any individual or business that donates will be provided a donor certificate, along with a tax receipt for any monetary or merchandise and/or service donations. Below are the following levels:

The TD Package Sponsor: Donations of $1,000-and above

(Sponsor receives a plaque for their office, an advertisement in our season program book & an advertisement on our website and social media outlets)

The Field Goal Package Sponsor: Donations of $500-$1,000

(Sponsor receives an advertisement in our season program book & an advertisement on our social media outlets)

The 1st down Package Sponsor: $50-$500

(sponsor receives an advertisement in our season program book)
