In the unlikely event that another league is on our diamond(s), please follow the following steps:

• Inquire if the game is near completion (before 7:15pm). If no…
• Ask the team reps to produce their permit while also producing ours (SEE PERMITS BELOW).  If they can not produce a permit or their permit is not for the date/time/location…
• Ask the teams to wrap things up by 7:15pm  - our permits commence at 7pm.
• If they refuse, please call the after hours contact line to inform them of the situation, including our league name, location and permit # 
• Await the bylaw officer to arrive and/or offer the coaches to discuss with the bylaw officer on the phone
• Notify the YRMSPL executive (either myself, Kent or other contact listed above.
• **PLEASE NOTE: For insurance purposes, we can not move to another diamond unless we have an existing permit (i.e. we can not move to Milliken #2 even though it is at the same location as Milliken #4)
