Every player and parent of a player in the 10U, 12U, 14U and High School Eligible divisions must read and acknowledge their understanding of the Code of Conduct prior to playing their first game.
Parents and players no longer need to sign the code of conduct. They will acknowledge receipt of the Code of Conduct through a consolidated team roster form, maintained by each team's head coach.
Copies of the Code of Conduct can be obtained through your coach or organization's league representative or directly from this website.
