VOLUNTEER AREA

It takes many individual and group efforts to maintain and keep VAA Basketball & Cheering running efficiently and effectively. The volunteer efforts of parents and friends are at the heart of all VAA programs and ensure it's success. These volunteers act in a variety of roles year round and are the basketball & cheering most valuable resource. Volunteering is a way to learn more about basketball & cheering and get to know other parents. Someone is available to train any parent for any job so don't be bashful.

Your support and commitment is needed for the organization to thrive. We encourage everyone to step forward and to take an active role in our basketball & cheering organization.

COACH

GYM/HALL MONITOR

 ~ Be watchful and assert yourself to help maintain order and safety in the school hallways while basketball games are occurring. (games are held on Saturday's with a few on Sunday)

FUNDRAISER (collection/distribution)

 ~ Volunteers will help with organizing, collecting and distributing fundraiser materials
