Refund/Transfer Policy

We Sport U! Flag Football requires all potential participants to fully understand the refund policy prior to registering. All WSU programs require a minimum commitment of two hours per week during the scheduled season. Participants that are unwilling or unable to make that commitment will not be refunded for missed practices or games. Refunds will not be issued. 

The league discourages participants from registering only on condition of specific team placement or coach assignment.  In the event players are not assigned to a specific team, coach or partnered with specific players, even if requested, refunds will not be issued.

Refunds may only be considered upon request.

No refunds will be issued after the regular registration deadline for any WSU programs (not the late registration date). Refund requests must be received prior to registration deadline in order for refund to be processed.

All refund requests received prior to the programs regular registration deadline will be assessed an administrative fee of $25, forfeit the processing fee on credit card payments plus any donation made at the time of registration. 

Any cancellations after the registration deadline forfeit all funds.

Participants are eligible to transfer up until the first week of play, to any season within one calendar year. A $25.00 transfer fee will be applied to such transactions. If a player requests a transfer after their jersey has been received, a replacement jersey will have to be purchased at the cost of $30 for the season they are transferring to, if the team is different than the new team.

All programs cancelled by WSU will be refunded in full minus any donation. WSU reserves the right to cancel any activity based on insufficient enrollment or other conditions beyond our control. 

No refunds will be issued for merchandise purchased at time of registration or during the course of the season for any reason with the exception of manufactures defects.

Refund for illness or emergency will require documentation and will be at the discretion of WSU.

Processing fees and donations are non-refundable.

Refund request due to emergency or illness prior to registration deadline, at the discretion of WSU, upon approval will be less a $25.00 administrative fee, processing fee, and donations (no exceptions).
