Information for players, coaches, parents, and fans of the River City Volleyball Club of Evansville, Indiana.
River City Volleyball was founded in 1983 and has been expanded for girls ages 10 thru 18 in the Greater Evansville area who are serious about volleyball and want to compete at the highest level possible. Many of our former players have gone on to have successful careers in college.
What we like to hear... "My daughter was on one of the 12U teams this past season. I hadn't realized just how much she learned until her grade school try-outs this week. This is the first year she has been able to play on a school team (6th grade) and she is far more advanced than any other player. All the hard work and hours of practice really paid off. Your program is super and we are looking forward to next season!"
Mission Statement- Evansville River City Volleyball strives to support the advancement of volleyball in the Greater Evansville Metropolitan area, and to develop the maximum potential and skills of EACH and EVERY player and to facilitate their participation in competitive volleyball beyond the high school level if that is their passion.
We believe that our club teaches individuals to excel, promotes competitiveness, and develops leadership skills that affect every aspect of an athlete’s life.
We want to help our players prepare for the "Real World" by developing a work ethic, learning to set goals and have the discipline to achieve them, and how to be able to work as a TEAM member.

Teams will be selected to continue to play in April and/or May for an additional fee to allow teams a chance to qualify for Nationals and/or showcase our players for colleges. This is what is referred to as "the extended season."
The River City Volleyball season consists of:
