2024 Rules: Link  (Changes Sunday Bracket play:

  • No new ininng after 75 minutes include championship games.
  • We are using field #1 & #3 for bracket play.
  • 10U & 16U Silver bracket teams may play only 1 game.
  • 12U & 14U Gold bracket teams may play 3 games.  Please plan on bring an extra $40.

Memorial Weekend Invitational

May 25 & 26, 2024 (Sat & Sun)

Pool Play & Tournament

Details:

·       Invitational tournament which is open to local select teams (Class B & C) in the Miami Valley.  The team must be recommended and approved to participate.

·       Open to 8 teams for 10U softball teams

·       Open to 8 teams for 12U softball teams – (could increase to 12 teams)

·       Open to 8 teams for 14U softball teams – (could increase to 12 teams)

·       Open to 8 teams for 16U softball teams

·       Pool play will split the 8 teams into two divisions for tournament play on Sunday (4 teams each – Gold & Silver (& Bronze if division increases to 12)).  3rd place game will be played.  Awards will be given accordingly.

·       If we have 8 or 12 teams in your age group, all teams will be play 4 games total.

Format:  (We may play on Friday based on number of teams (not likely) and Monday if there is rain.)

·       2 Pool Play Games on Saturday – 1 hr 20 min time limit

·       2 Tournament Games on Sunday – 1 hr 30 min time limit

Location: Kyle Park, 500 S. 1st Street, Tipp City, OH 45371

Cost:  $200 per team plus half of the umpire fees (due and payable at the coaches meeting prior to each game).  Umpire fees will be pay at the plate prior to each game.  Rate is $80; thus, $40 per game.  Max cost is $360.00. ($100 is non-refundable.)  Payment must be received to secure a spot.
