If you need to cancel or reschedule your game for any reason, please text or call Becca Welch, 513-335-6875, as soon as possible. This allows us to free up a field for another team or to prevent needless work getting wet fields ready to play.  The website will be updated to reflect the game status.

If Bethel Diamond Sports cancels games due to weather, the cancellation will be posted on the website, no later than 4pm day of play.

When scheduling/rescheduling games/scrimmages, please follow these directions:

1.  Check the calendar on the website to see if a field is available.  ( Softball be mindful that Baseball has 2 halves, therefore only half of the schedule is currently posted)

2.  Text or call Becca Welch, 513-335-6875, with the following information:
      - Date your game was originally scheduled

      - Your opposing team

      - Proposed new date/time ( 2 dates are best), that have already been confirmed as available with the opposing team

3.  Becca will contact you to confirm info. and field availability and then update the calendar.

4.  You then Comfirm offical game/date change with Opposing team and Schedule your umpire.
