NOVA SKILL SESSIONS (13s-18s)
These skill-specific sessions, led by Scott Nickol, focus on providing intensive practice and instruction on particular stages of the game. Each session is independent, allowing players to attend any number of individual sessions without needing to participate in previous ones. Open to players from all clubs, these sessions are ideal for anyone looking to enhance their skills, regardless of their team affiliation.
Each Session cost $35 per session
July 15th, 2024 - 5:30PM-7:00PM - Armswings/Attacking
July 15th, 2024 - 7:00PM-8:30PM - Passing/Serve/Receive
July 29th, 2024 - 5:30PM-7:00PM - Setting
July 29th, 2024 - 7:00PM-8:30PM - Defense/Digging
YOUTH SKILL SESSIONS (9s-12s, Boys are welcome)
The Youth Skill Session, led by Don Gromala, will teach fundamental volleyball skills such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting.
The sessions will also include volleyball-type games, focusing on learning the game while having fun in a positive atmosphere.
Each session is independent, so players can attend any number of individual sessions without needing to participate in previous ones.
Each Session cost $35 per session
July 15th: 6:00pm - 7:15pm : Attacking-Digging-Setting
July 29th: 5:30pm - 6:45pm : Serving-Passing-Setting
July 29th: 7:00pm - 8:15pm : Attacking-Digging-Setting
Middle Hitters Camps
This two-day camp is designed for athletes aiming to become well-rounded Middle Hitters. Ideal for those entering 8th grade or above with some prior playing experience,
the camp will be led by Scott Nickol. It will cover all the essential techniques and skills, including arm swings, footwork, transition work,
blocking, blocking footwork, serving, and serve receiving short balls. Every aspect of being a great middle hitter will be addressed!
The cost of the camp is $95.
(includes an incredible NOVA Juniors T-Shirt!)
This camp will be offered in either June or July to ensure we accommodate everyone's schedules.
June 23-24, 2024: 6:00PM-8:30PM both days
