What We Do-
We provide a positive upbeat educational environment for catchers only. We teach the proper drills and work on skills which if practiced routinely will make the game more enjoyable. We invite parents and coaches to be up close and be a part of the experience so they can help by reinforcing the drills and skills outside of camp.
Our Slogan-
Proper preparation leads to success, but it doesn't guarantee it. Campers will learn how to be proactive in their development by doing drills on their own.
Our History-
We got started holding camps in the winter of 1985. A coach in the league, I was coaching in, called and said "I want my catchers to catch like yours." We got together and I put on a clinic for his catchers. During that camp I was constantly reminding the boys if the balls in the dirt, Just Block It. Thirty years later we are providing an outstanding catchers camp for kids of all ages in both baseball and softball. In 2000 along with the Greater Wichita Sports Commission we helped found the Johnny Bench National Collegiate Catcher of the Year Award. Each Year Johnny Bench presents the Award to the Collegiate Catcher of the year and speaks to the campers at our annual clinic.
We are currently hosting camps in Wichita @ Wichita State University, Michigan @ Michigan State University, and Ohio @ the University of Cincinnati.

Our Mission is to teach kids to play the position of catcher with the right skill set, the proper knowledge of the position and the game, and to always play with passion.
