All coaches, team mgr, etc will need to print off these forms. The Checklist form will tell you exactly which forms you'll need to attend and when they are due. A helpful hint is to make sure all paperwork is handled well in advance of event (things go much more smooth). Please remember we will need a tournament roster (with birthdates, positions and estimated weights) in our hands NO LATER than Friday Nov. 7th. Make sure you have your team photo in by 11-7-14... Also, remember to bring an "extra" copy of your roster with you at check-in and be prepared to turn in along with waivers.
NEW for 2014 Battle In Rocky Top we want each team to fill out a Team Resume form (please read it below) it is not due until after Nov 1.
ALL COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON "TEAM ROSTER" AND ONE COACH MUST SIGN FOR THE PASSES. IF A COACH IS NOT LISTED ON "TEAM ROSTER" THEN HE WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE HIS PASS! (This applies for both Kick-Off Classic & Battle In Rocky Top).
Battle In Rocky Top "Team Registration Fee" is $300 per team (due on or before Nov 7) Must be in our hands (not post marked)..
