Please Note 

  • All 49ers are required to participate in two mandatory fundraisers, Punt, Pass & Kick and Raffle Ticket sale.
  • $25 sibling discount per participant.
  • Football positions will be filled on a first come basis.
  • In order to properly forecast rosters and to size players for equipment, it is required that you bring your child to sign ups so they can be weighed and sized for equipment. No exceptions!
  • A copy of your child's birth certificate (for the organization to keep) and proof of residency are required at registration.
  • There is an additional fee of $15.00 for non-residents of League City players. A non-resident is considered anyone who does not pay League City Taxes.
  • Minimum 50% payment at time of registration, remaining balance is due by July 14th.
  • All fees are non-refundable, 49er parents are required to return all equipment (except game jersey and socks) at the end of the season.
