General Meeting

Old Business:

Treasure report – Lisa didn’t have report with her.

Shack – Closed. End of season clean up done floors just need to be mopped. January will have board meeting to discuss issues in shack that need to be addressed before next season begins. This year the county did not change the locks on the bathroom.

Soccer – 5/6 team took first, 7/8 team took first, U11 boys and U12 won division.

Basketball – Busy. AA County is very disorganized.

Softball – Need to do something about this program.

Baseball – Season is over. Lou turned in a bunch of stuff.
New Business:
- Fundraising – Fall fundraiser participation was horrible, only 6 orders. Need to do something with participation. Possible bullroast March 12th, between the field and the studio.

Need sponsors.

Grant money – Nothing at the post office.

Motion on the floor for new labtop for Shawntee, all in favor. She will look Black Friday.
