2025 Mid Valley Teener League Fall Ball Rules

The 2025 Mid Valley Tenner League Fall Ball program will run under modified regular season/fall season rules.  The following abbreviated rules will supersede any 2024 regular season rules.  

1. Games will be played 7 innings or until darkness. 
2. Pitching rules apply according to each player's 2026 league age.
3. Pitchers are limited to pitching three (3) innings per game.
4. Teams may bat entire roster with free substitution or use a 9 man roster with legal substitutions. 
5. There shall be a 5 run limit per inning except if the home team is losing in the last inning. 
6. There shall be no mercy rule for purpose of ending a game prior to 7 innings.
7. Teams shall employ a speed up rule for catchers on base with 2 outs.
8. Home teams shall schedule & pay the umpire.
9. Junior teener bat rules apply, composite barrel bats must have the BBCOR or USA certified stamp.
10. There shall be a flexible schedule and roster used throughout the season.  A schedule will be created but managers are allowed to mutually agree to change dates & times whenever needed. 
11. Managers are permitted to schedule additional Exhibition games during the season.
12. All players must be 2025 Little League age twelve (12), thirteen (13) & fourteen (14) years old. Fifteen (15) year olds are not permitted to participate in fall ball.
