2024 Mid Valley Teener League Fall Ball Rules

The 2024 Mid Valley Tenner League Fall Ball program will run under modified regular season/fall season rules.  The following abbreviated rules will supersede any 2022 regular season rules.  

1. Games will be played 7 innings or until darkness. 
2. Pitching rules apply according to each player's 2024 league age.
3. Teams may bat entire roster with free substitution or use a 9 man roster with legal substitutions. 
4. There shall be a 5 run limit per inning except if the home team is losing in the last inning. 
5. There shall be no mercy rule for purpose of ending a game prior to 7 innings.
6. Teams shall employ a speed up rule for catchers on base with 2 outs.
7. Home teams shall schedule & pay the umpire.
8. Junior teener bat rules apply, composite barrel bats must have the BBCOR or USA certified stamp.
9. There shall be a flexible schedule and roster used throughout the season.  A schedule will be created but managers are allowed to mutually agree to change dates & times whenever needed. 
10. Managers are permitted to schedule additional Exhibition games during the season.
11. All players must be 2024 Little League age twelve (12), thirteen (13) & fourteen (14) years old. Fifteen (15) year olds are not permitted to participate in fall ball.
